What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application obtains the contacts and uses only the attribute “Group”, in order to identify the group they belong to : Friends , Family or Work . This information is only used during the calculation of the usage per group and when checking the amount of free minutes left (check the settings).
Additionally, the Application obtains the phone state – it is needed in order to initiate the calculation and to be able to inform the user on the remaining free minutes before the call takes place. On Start - app informs the user for the minutes left and starts measuring the duration of the current call, on end - app re-calculates the total amount of minutes spent.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No, there are no third parties involved. The Application doesn’t have any connection/interface to the “outside world”.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The Data used from the Application is encapsulated – no visible outside of the Application. A file is stored on the phone with statistics about the minutes and the numbers dialed and it’s up to the user how to deal with this information – share, delete , keep at this or another location (copy) , etc. In any case , this is a local file and not transferred outside of the user phone.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Therefore we are not using any internet connection in our application.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason.
